Jadite, Ice, I am just an outsider looking in and don't have a dog in this fight. But it looks like the DOJ and FBI have been butting heads.

Seeing that Director Comey surfaced with the disclosure that the e-mail investigation being re-opened. A questionable and unprecedented move being this close to the election.

I wonder if news of the generic drug investigation by DOJ announced this close to the election, was retaliatory in the hopes of negating the effects of Comey's announcement. Especially since it support a Democratic agenda on gaining control of drug costs and Biotech and Pharma have been a punching bag on many occasions during this election.

Just an observation, and may actually be coincidental.
