I think you're right, these guys are no criminals, but they're not acting like they should. If you want to run a public company then that comes with obligations, like posting the financials in time, and taking care of the annual list at the nevada secretary of state, informing your shareholders etc etc. These guys are amateurs, no criminals.

I'm in touch with a dozen or so guys who follow Mike Marasco / Fansfrenzy on Twitter. These guys are all teens and have spend a lot of money buying shares last october. On average they bought at 3 times the shareprice we're seeing now. That sucks!

But what really puzzles me is why they didn't do a name change. Why still use HE-5 Resources Corp? That name stands for fraud. As long as we don't see a name / ticker change to Fansfrenzy, things might still go wrong. There's no hard evidence that HE-5 Resources has merged with The Club's Choice Holding Company f.k.a. Milenia Hope Inc. The balance sheet does not show a merger. Only the company profile on OTC Markets (and annual/quarterly reports) tells us so: "The brand Fansfrenzy.com.....".

We have to wait and see what follows next. At the moment only 5 people regularly check the website: Mike Marasco, Gary P. Molinaro, his son J.P., Eddie Manoian and Frank Molon. So far Fansfrenzy is a very expensive toy for a handful and nothing more.
