Derf you must be living in fantasy land. Your buddy schramm failed to renew the business license of XLIT in Nevada and is now months late in filing his returns with the SEC. schramm is gone, not to be heard from again until his indictment for securities fraud is released by the government. You obviously fail to realize that there was never a real company, everything was fake from day one of schramm's ownership with his only goal being to pump the stock up so he and his buddies could make millions from their stock in a non-existent shell company.
