This company is a joke. Hold it only if you need a tax-loss, as this thing will reverse soon and go back under the rock where it came from. How embarrassing for this penny stock clown Labrozzi that he has never filed with the SEC. The business is a sham - the revenues minimal and the expenses as well. You can't build a business like this with such little expense, and the company is flat out broke.

True story: The CEO ended my call with him because my questions were irritating. Then, he had their I.R. firm call me and beg me to stop criticizing the company. Sorry, these clowns dug their own grave.
