You are showing the number of shares authorized, not necessarily outstanding. Youre saying what you think happened. No proof of the number of outstanding shares. It is most definitely there was an increase including the merger of TapStar which most likely was for shares. How many? Now there was an issue of stock and warrants for cash. I hope there wasn't a large increase. One important thing is that any increase hasn't resulted in dumping of such shares which often happens with penny stocks. So he hasn't sold shares to pump and dumpers for cash. Reason I say this is that shares are hard to buy or sell. No one is hitting the bid.
