According to snopes, the first case got tossed because the address of the plaintiff was incorrect on the forms. (I guess when going up against billionaires one must dot all the lower case j's) But the New York case is ready for hearing on Dec. 16. The woman has received so many death threats from trump supporters that she cancelled yesterday's press conference.
