Delaware State records show two companies:

5177068 GROEN AERONAUTICS CORPORATION Formed in 2012
4847190 GROEN BROTHERS AVIATION INTERNATIONAL, LLC formed in 2010

Interestingly is GNBA didn't come up. Don't know where the (once public) company is based.
