IMPO Kimmie knew from previous personal relationship with RYan and in first agreement to work along side of Ryan. The transaction and transfer she sold herself to the devil and she took the money offered to do the Devil's dirty work. Ryan got a scapegoat and Kimmie accepted payment that was worth her risk. IMPO any real attempt of legitimacy would have been for a seasoned consultant not a open handed friend. IMPO
