Not meeting required performance objectives required for the continuation of the playboy license are FACTS which precipitated the termination of the license.

That is, and always has been, the crux of the case.

Playbev failed to meet the stated minimum sales.
Playboy graciously agreed to a modified structure.
Playbev was unable to meet even these modified terms.
Playboy did not extend the license.
Playbev sued because ... well ... I dunno. Because they had no other options? Because this one guy this one time said maybe they'd make a deal but the deal didn't get made?

Whatever. It doesn't matter. The Jury understood the deal, it was unanimous, and it had nothing to do with this message board whatsoever.
