Two Rivers owns extensive water rights in southern Colorado on the Huerfano and Cucharas river basins.

In addition, we own the largest privately held, on-stream reservoir in the state of Colorado.

  We own 4,040 acre feet (AF) of surface water rights, 37,803 AF of decreed storage rights, and 34,404 AF of conditional storage rights.
