The FBI has become prone to wild goose chases. For example:

The email investigation has roots in some agents pursuing some allegations made in a Breitbart book. Peter Schweizer's book, Clinton Cash, is the framework for the "investigation". It is to be noted that a very large number of FBI agents are mormon, and very conservative.
