Rome wasn't built in a day, it may of fell in a day. You got to realize the manipulation of the administration and sales expenses. One is contributed to low interest rates and high up front costs to borrowing. The other is piggy backing on established entities to drive that cost up.

The thing is all the costs are amortized into the cost of the product. Cheap insurance is what I have been told.
