I bought 50% more OHI at $29.17 today. They had very good earnings and are now guiding for $3.38-3.39, that is good AFFO growth versus last year, and now trades at about 8.5 Times.

If one want to own a REIT this is clearly my favorite at this point, they have good growth, trades at 8.5 times. Yield almost 8.5%, don't payout nearly as much as they earn, and continue to grow the divy, in fact look they have raised their divy 17 consecutive quarters, how many REITS can say that? Hasn't gotten much attention, but I believe it is definetely worth a look at current prices in my opinion.
