Agreed that it's going to 2 or 3 cents agreed that the optimism was very high during the months you mentioned but don't agree that this is finished in anyway. The fact is they are now going back to the drawing board and all out together a new plan . The question now is what will it be but in all fairness if this was done then the judge or the company would have made it clear that it was . All the judge said was that he didn't like all that cash going to bond holders so I'm sure they will find a solution to make the judge happy . It's true that this is a a gamble but one I and many others are willing to take . As I've always said when it come to a bk play the show ain't over till the judge says the words approved and commons are cancelled . I have been in many a bk play and have seen it all when it comes to what people are posting during the process . Some will say that it's going to the moon some will say it's going under ground one thing I learned early on is that no one knows until it's officially over period point blank . I have sold early and sold late but in all one thing has always remaind the same no one including myself didn't lmao what was going to happen until the judge makes his decision. It's a crap shoot and in most cases the powers that are into control will just turn they're back on share holders then a judge comes along and saves the day or a solution is reached and everything works out in our favor . Someone saying that this is finished is just as crazy as some one saying that this is going to the moon. Good luck everyone and do your own dd and make your own decisions :)).
