Please explain how a reverse split dilutes shareholders.

The reverse in and of itself won't work without that anyways, it will simply dilute current common holders only to watch the price fall back down.

Well simply, it doesnt.

Theres also very little chance PBIO grows organically into a NASDAQ listing unless something miraculous takes place, which hasnt happened in the many, many years PBIO has been around.

More importantly, they should concentrate on raising sufficient, clean capital to be earmarked on building sales and a sales/marketing team. Too much time & promises gone by in this regard to give them any further benefit of the doubt
