Yep, very ugly and sad. On a funny note, I was reading the sticky about the "new" CEO being appointed to SMCE last June. Yep, at the same time that "new" CEO was being appointed, the "new" CEO and the old CEO were renaming SMCE and issuing preferred shares. Good times? Nope.
