No reason for WBA to have spiked down early today. Had to be due to the 8-K out late yesterday, which detailed the sale of shares by KKR. But, these are not new shares and are existing shares being sold by KKR pursuant to a prior shelf registration and filing. There is no dilution from this sale and no new shares being issued.

And, a significant chunk of the existing shares are being acquired from KKR by an entity controlled by WBA's CEO, Stefano Pessina. Nothing negative there.
