The 13,8,3 full sto on the 2 hr chart is just below 20 now, we need it stay there until the 2 hr candle prints (not sure how long) The 233 full sto on the 5 min chart below is just above 20 and needs a bit more. We should be ready for up at the 2:00 FOMC announcement
