ok thanks for that info. what market cap do you think would be reasonable with the merger? what worries me is they will only have about 2 bucks per share in cash and their wanting this to trade near 8 bucks a share. I'm holding, but just hope the R/S doesn't kill this like 99% of all R/S do.
