I just submitted an email to the company asking about the new share structure after the merge is complete. I would like to know if it indeed would be around 15 mil as the 740,000 would be the 4% they are talking about then what justifications do they have for thinking the new merged company has a market cap of 150-200 million. Why reverse split a company to 8 bucks a share when the last time this was trading at 8 dollars it crashed to 30 cents. now if the new share structure would be something around 5-6 mil then this could easily trade at 10 bucks a share or more with the 50 mil cash on hand they will have. Just trying to figure everything out. Seems so many companies give up on compliance and just R/S then watch it crash again which has no shareholder interest what so ever.
