Yes I know....But when you consider 40mil worth of Shengda stock already being on the table as last offer to SDRG for asset sale with only about 8mil in debt....!! ... you still end up with (.13) cents or so a share!!! well OK minus total debt ...make that approx. .10$ a share @ 300mil fully diluted!!!

***Sale will not be signed off on until they receive cash which was the original agreement !!!

We are extremely undervalued....FDA
