The news is out on Prime Clerk. The judge has approved the Debtor's plan which is $3.00 per share or more depending on the sale of assets. I think there were many here hoping the Equity Committee would have won the case yet anybody holding an investment would have waited years to see a penny of their money. At least now shareholders are guaranteed to get something. This sets a precedence for the future as groups like Luminous will pray on these events.
