If you think it will increase in value over 12-months then hang on tight. Essentially EHSK won't sell any of the stock for 12-months minimum. So it's very possible you could be sitting on a gold mine down the road. But if nothing transpires, this deal paid out essentially .0107 because they diluted the stock with debt pay downs. GLTA
