(Reno, NV October 31, 2016) United Resource Holdings Group, Inc. (OTCBB:URHG) ("URHG") announces the resignation of Directors and the appointment of an Interim President
Director Dana Low accepted the resignations on October 29, 2016 of URHG Directors Kenneth Barker and Robert D. Quinn from the Board of Directors.
In addition to these Director changes, Mr. Barker also tendered his resignation as President of URHG. Dana M. Low has been appointed by the Board of Directors to fill the office as the interim President.
Mr. Low stated, “We will continue to strive for the success of all the shareholders of URHG.”
