Nice action today. $1.90 on big volume and then back to the small sales to drop the price so they can accumulate some more.

Only 10 days until the injunction hearing:

While not likely, I believe it is possible the honorable Beth Labson Freeman grants the injunction and bars Blue Coat (Symantec) from all sales of infringing products. She has a long history now of understanding the durability of the patents and the blatant stalling by Blue Coat and the harm it has caused Finjan.

We could even see summary judgment on a couple of the alleged infringement issues. Almost no downside at these prices and huge potential returns quickly. This is going to be fun.
