SM_FI First penny stock I've invested in probably a year but it fits most of the criteria I look for in an undiscovered gem with home run potential.

On October 3, 2016, SmooFi, Inc. entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire all of the assets of GandTex, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. GandTex is a biomedical company focused on advancing human organ transplant technology and medical research.

I figured out through a patent search that GandTex was owned by medical researcher James Gandy.

Basically, Gandy has developed a procedure for treating organs, which allows them to be transplanted without the need to find matching donors or for anti-rejection drugs. So in theory, if this works, if you needed a kidney transplant, you would not have to find a family member, matching donor, etc, any available kidney could be used and your body would not reject it.

This is pretty compelling stuff IMO, and the type of story that OTC investors will eat up once they find out about it. Right now I think I'm probably one of the only investors that have connected the dots, the PR/8K seems to have gone largely unnoticed.

Best I can tell from the few hours of research I have done is that it appears to be legit. They have already conducted at least 4 animal trials which have been all successful.
