We have finished S1 work and 1st & 2nd quarters. The transfer agent has new list of shareholders and everything is waiting auditors sign off and attorneys final edger submittal. From the companies mgmt point we've done the takeover, name and Symbol change with FINRA. The State of Nevada reinstatement, and getting past due debts settled up dated OTC and now waiting as already stated. Moving forward we will have filings done and on time. The reinstatement and reverse merger of operating company was a very challenging task for attorneys, accounts and auditors, however it's dine and we're ready to move forward.
