if you put a gtc in at .0002 it will eventually get filled. Roger Ramjet loans money to his own company, takes 10% interest in the form of conversions at a rate of .0001, so at .0002 he's making 100% on his money. DIRV is the worst of the worst of dilution scams. There is only one stock that I can think of that was a bigger scam. CMKX
