Need money to do that. They spent it on trying to bring dry wholes to live. Its not the only company ever to be sold a false bill of goods. You can't frack a swamp, To much water gets in and its to expensive to extract. They spent only a small amount, took the rest in wages dogging the production to only turn around later and use those same wages to underwrite a new entity.

Trump gets elected I believe he will overhaul the system that everything will require institutional debt not debt coming from Joe blow pulling the strings.
