dropdeadfred -- apples and oranges -- that was the bringing of an actual indictment, of actual charges being filed, meaning among other things that that investigation was at least largely completed -- this current thing is/arises from an ongoing otherwise unrelated investigation which hasn't even yet gotten access to the emails they stumbled across being publicly disclosed and made an issue by a highly-pressured-by-Republicans Republican FBI Director acting against DOJ/FBI policy and against the direction of the Attorney General
