What do ydou all thsink of this preferred share / warrant offer
for us current shareholders?
Personally I think its a great way to remove a very large amount of
debt from the sheet quickly, which if successful,
should vault the value of our common shares.

I want to reread all that but I'm thinking of grabbing at least a small amount.

It was quarterly dividend at 9% of preferred 1 shares for seven years?

If I read that right with an automatic vestment of the warrant if
SP rises to $3? Dang thing repeats itself so many times makes it
more complicated than it need be. Lol
