Can this be "Private Placements" by WSTI? Those are often (maybe always) non-reporting and since they are not reporting anything anyway? Trouble is, if that were the case, why would it post as a trade? If this is a loan to the company, are these indicative of new convertible notes? I mean, if this is some kind of stock buy back, how does one provide collateral until a "new" stock issuance? Magic?

All this is truly strange to me.
