Yeah this is what I mean, this does not look like retail action.
The odd thing is at .0001/.0002 even they can use 200-300k from an investor and buy back half or more of the company that was diluted that is how crazy these numbers are.
When I ran this by a few friends they disagreed with my thoughts on getting 10% stakes as they were pretty clear the reporting would have to be done even if the company was not really reporting financials or news etc.
They stated the more likely scenario would be a loan to the company to buy as much stock back as possible at these rates to undilute the stock then issue stock to the new parties.
Not sure if this makes sense but one of these two things is what I would do. But I think they need more than minimal sales, if that Argentina 40 mil deal really happens or something big in India they can mop up this stock now, then come forward with less stock and a plan.
All wishful thinking of course.
