I have never once said ARIOQ would be halted - that isn't a term used with Q stocks.

And you have been saying this would be halted for months and nothing has changed for 4 months - ARIOQ is still trading.

The Q is still in place meaning that Hofmeister hasn't filed anything with FINRA and until he files it will continue to "trade" - if you call zero volume most days trading.
