That is factually incorrect. $17.2M in cash on hand as of the end of the last quarter reported. $8.6M in scheduled receipts in the near future from previous deals. Over $40M to be collected from Blue Coat next year and another $15M from Sophos that will probably be collected in 2018 if they appeal.
Even without a single new licensing deal, they have more than enough cash to not just "survive", but have the ability to continue to implement their business plan.
What you are also forgetting is it was only last year their non-compete ran out and they began Finjan Mobile and CybeRisk. Both of these units are on the verge of being successful. CybeRisk is on path to being accretive to earnings in a quarter or two and Finjan Mobile has a Gen3 browser released a couple weeks ago and is expected to begin booking revenue next year.
Not sure where your negativity came from, but the facts are different from what you are portraying.
