Heard this morning of a new migraine solution - Sugar pills

Some drug trial found the same reduction in teenage migraines was achieved (25% I think) from both the drugs under test and the placebo sugar pills

Is the FDA finally catching up with the pharmaceuticals and actually looking at trials and telling them they cannot be serious?
