So true, you see the 8,000 share slap this morning? Didn't even phase VNDM, I'm guessing he's holding just under 4 million ipo shares the CEO's family is trying to dump on the market, could be wrong but it doesn't matter, its just so obvious imo all they want to do is sell as many commons as possible. If not imo they'd of canceled the S-1, returned shares to the treasury, flipped the lender into a preferred placement.... yada yada, the stuff companies true to their shareholders do. The company is going to start cutting a profit very soon, you'd think they'd want the s/s as tight as possible. Not what the steaming piles running this company are doing. I honestly think they have no idea how much money they chased off that was waiting to invest into them, absolutely clueless, and pretty pathetic they thought they could BS the street lol!
