Without funding - Lonza's MSA will not get resurrected from the grave

without Lonza's MSA / GMP involvement, ESS will be DOA

so where will the new funding come from

you really think a prospective JV will give money freely, without protecting its interests - knowing full well that AMBS is negotiating from weakness, rather than strength?
