Pardon my question here as I am not well versed in shell plays like this. Just generally curious.

If RVUE defaults and Roche receives all of the assets and technology.
How does that benefit us?

Wouldn't we just be the shareholders of a rather empty/worthless shell then or would something else go on there?

Also I'm not getting rid of my shares or even thinking about it, nor am I worried about it's future. I just feel like I'm not getting something in your analyses & conjectures. So I'll dive back into those documents and see if they make more sense to me this time around.
