Americanbulls.com this evening put out a Buy Recommendation at XLIT's closing price today at .0115. https://www.americanbulls.com/SignalPage.aspx?lang=en&Ticker=XLIT
The last two times they had a Buy recommendation for XLIT the stock price went up about 60 % and 160 % respectively. While I do not believe American Bulls is all that reliable, it is strange that they would make a buy recommendation for a company that is not in business.
