TORONTO, ON--(Marketwired - Oct 27, 2016) - Axxess Pharma Inc. ( OTC PINK : AXXE ) through its wholly-owned subsidiary AllStar Health Brands Inc., is pleased to announce they have signed a distribution agreement with the globally recognized CoreX Fitness LTD.

CoreX is highly recognized across the globe for both the quality and performance of their apparel, weightlifting accessories and injury support gear. Their sportswear and workout gear are currently distributed in 50 countries -- from continent to continent. Axxess Pharma determined the CoreX line of products was a perfect synergy with their customer base and large national wholesalers and retailers.

Under the agreement, Axxess Pharma's subsidiary AllStar Health Brands, Inc. has exclusive rights, to introduce and distribute the CoreX line of products throughout North America. These products include the complete line of apparel, weightlifting accessories, injury support gear and oatein high protein oatmeal bars and cookies. Based on AllStar's current connections with wholesalers and retailers throughout North America, management anticipates near-term, accelerated revenue growth with low cost to market in 2016 and 2017.
