Yea. I read deep into it all. Roche family controlling the shell is good. But the default on such a short time frame and small bridge loan to give him personally all the assets and business??? Smart and well planned. Look how he took back ober ATV in the Caymen Islands. Rocke is probably more experienced end educated than all us combined. I am starting to like this guy. Really interesting!!!!!!!!!!!!
