Having said that , if they do an all stock transaction to acquire another LP (whether its pre or post license) Im all for that! As long as the premium is reasonable. And none of these smaller LPs are really in a position to ask for a huge premium: one, CGC is kicking their arse, so they need to get under the Canopy soon and two, they will be paid in CGC stock, so they will be incentivized in a way that they will want it to be beneficial to CGC stock. I hope BL gets a deal done. Heck do a merger of equals with Aurora, as a CGC shareholder i dont give a crap. But a merger will obviously increase capacity, waiting on HC will decidely not increase capacity any time soon
