They have the capacity to get there. 12,000 kg licenced already. So they just need to x4 the production. I have a feeling they'll be pushing more than that out if the current facilities. I think they needed that licence adjustment just to harvest tweed farms. 10x would be if they want to capture One billion sales.

It's going to get there faster than you think and the market is looking forward 5 years usually.
