Quid pro quo and lots of pleading the 5th. With the patents intact (60+) and no debt I would say there could have been a high valuation. I am not sure I believe War Machine or any of you for that matter but if "hypothetically" there was no debt and the patents intact as I stated above this would be/could be quite valuable in my opinion. Without everything intact (1 or more/anything) there also would be a valuation which I have no means of finding out at his time. I am not sure as to what they own but do know if YA does own "everything" they have done a very sloppy job i.e. Copy/paste etc. It is a vacuous situation in my opinion.
