And what is your basis of disagreement? Everything in my post is 100% factual.

AmeriResource the company has not disappeared. It continues on, just under new ownership, and is now private. So of course they would have new filings with both Delaware, as their State of Incorporation, and Nevada, which is their de facto headquarters and principal place of business.

I don't see how there can be any disagreement with the facts in my post.
