Welcome back!!!! Sorry to inform you, but as usual when pink sheet investors read legal filings, they tend to misunderstand them. I'm stunned actually, because this one isn't even drenched in legal talk, it's pretty much black and white, but still, the IMSCQ shareholders have misunderstood the legal filing, and of course, interpret a typical bidding procedure as something new and of course positive. So go ahead please, and spread this wrongly interpreted "news"!
I guess this shouldn't be surprising since some have stated that even the bankruptcy itself isn't really a bad thing! lol
I'll be bumping this one in the future, once it becomes known to all what this section of the filing actually means.
