What are they gonna do to get the stock price back to the $70's which is where it was before THEIR Opdivo failure where they swung for the fences and whiffed?

For instance, are they gonna change their business, increase revenues, increase net income, do share buyback, increase dividend significantly, reduce op costs, reduce expenses, etc or just say they have zero control over the PPS?
