Outstanding shares now pushing 20 million and counting. Over 5 million in the float screaming to be sold by IPO holders, and a full ratchet on 10% of the commons given to the CFO's buddies at the Doheny Group. What a steaming pile a crap this company turned out to be! The best part is they're pocketing the royalties as a liability, diluting the company's bottom line even more!
