I am up about 125% on it, one of my bigger unrealized gains, now that am out of CLGRF (except bot back 500 SSRI a week or two ago).

This report is super aggressive, and like the timing. Most companies go super aggressive at tail end of gold bull market, they are doing it at beginning of one in gold. Shows confidence they will cash flow at original mine to pay for all this new development.
